Have you appraised your communication skills lately?
Boost your career equity on Thursday, April 8th. Join Ms. Joanne Charlebois, Director of Marketing & Communications at the Appraisal Institute of Canada, as she discusses the multi-faceted task of branding a 70-year-old association.
To stem a rapidly declining membership, the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) re-engineered itself over the past five years from a trade organization to a professional association. Joanne Charlebois will outline AIC’s rebranding process which resulted in all ten provincial associations adopting the new corporate logo and identity in order to support the Institute’s new brand.
Joanne Charlebois joined the Appraisal Institute of Canada in 2002 and is the Director of Marketing and Communications. In that capacity she is responsible for the development and implementation of the Marketing Plan in support of the Institute’s Strategic Plan.
Joanne has 20+ years of not-for-profit association experience. As a member of the senior management team at the Canadian Egg Marketing Agency she specialized in strategic marketing, communications, public relations and business development. During her tenure in the food production industry, her marketing plans received international recognition.
