From SEO to understanding bounce rates and Google Analytics basics, Kelly will show how to quantify communications work for management teams and board members.

You understand the value of your work – how critical strategic communication creates awareness, increases understanding and use of products and services. However, proving the impact requires tools that are managed by web and IT teams. The good news is that there are simple ways to do this by learning enough about data and analytics – recommended processes, basic mechanics and required roles – that will allow you to set and exceed internal expectations.

Join Kelly and professionals like you to learn what you can start doing now to capture and quantify the value of your work. Come share your experience, learn with and from others, and enjoy friendly conversation over a great dinner with the people you enjoy networking with. This session is designed for non-technical communications professionals like you. It will help you understand what you can tackle on your own, how to work with your IT and web teams, and understand the right analytics information to share with your executives and boards.

This IABC Senior Communicators’ Forum is your opportunity to gain an understanding of measurement and reporting methods, share and discuss your ideas with others and ask Kelly anything about how to prove the value of your strategic communication work.
