SOCIAL MEDIA AND CROWDSOURCING WORKSHOP: THE BASIC FUNDAMENTALS – Hosted by IABC Ottawa partner MRIA
Our local partner MRIA is offering a new workshop for communicators and researchers that will give you everything you need to know to follow and analyze social media and crowd source for your organization.
This year crowdsourcing and social media usage continue their rapid growth and are used by communicators to connect everyone. The magic of social media and crowdsourcing is its ability to connect people everywhere and anytime via such as applications as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+, or LinkedIn.
Social networks and blogs reach three quarters of engaged Internet users in North America. It’s critical for all communicators and market researchers to understand how different consumer segments use and share content. This workshop is intended for both communications generalists and research specialists who are looking for new ways to harness social media and crowdsourcing to extend and complement established qualitative and quantitative methods.
