There’s a lot of hype about social media marketing. And why not!? It’s a great way to get a lot of new connections and gain social visibility. But what do smart leaders do with that visibility? They turn it into a list and send regular communications – and so should you. List building is critical for every kind of organization. You need to stay in touch with your prospects and customers – and that starts with your list. In this session you’ll learn a proven method to monetize your online/social activities and grow your business the way the masters do! You’ll understand how the new CASL legislation is actually supporting the real value of email marketing and how your activities online can impact your bottom line.
Join us Monday October 21 as Carolyn Gardner, Director of Marketing & Communications at Novotech Technologies and Authorized Local Expert with Constant Contact, shares her 20+ years of passion and expertise for email and social media marketing.
As Director of Marketing and Communications at Novotech Technologies, Carolyn is also part of the SMB world herself, actively promoting M2M (machine-to-machine) solutions – the next big wave in wireless. Over the years, Carolyn has been an e-marketing consultant for many organizations including the Royal Canadian Mint, Roots, Ontario Parks and Canadian Resource Centre for Victims of Crime. Prior to this, Carolyn was founder and president of cardcommunications, a niche email marketing services company that was powered by Constant Contact. She also received the Ottawa Business Journal’s “Forty Under 40” Award.
