Event Wrap-up: The Communications Strategy Lab with Caroline Kealey, Ingenium Communications

Thanks to Caroline Kealey for delivering an engaging, hands-on workshop full of useful tools for every communications professional. A case study provided by David Fowler, Director, Marketing and Communications at Canadian Internet Registration Authority gave the group hands-on, practical applications for their work.  

“I really enjoyed the opportunity of working with some of Ottawa’s most talented communicators,” says Caroline.  “The participants were very engaged, asked insightful questions and were passionate about the workshop’s theme of adding maximum value and demonstrating meaningful results.  It was an intensive session, but very energizing!”

Wrapping up, attendees received a binder full of templates and tools, all to help them better plan, organize, and develop a solid communications plan. Following the Results Map methodology for strategic communications developed by Ingenium will help communications professionals see measurable results in their workplaces.

This is the second Strategy Lab Caroline has delivered with IABC Ottawa. The first, two-years ago, proved such a success with its highly practical takeaways and hands-on delivery, that we had to have her back.
