David shares the behind the scenes story surrounding the creation of this innovative project and the unique communications strategies needed for engaging a nationwide network. David starts by describing how the campaign started: with a nationwide talent search dubbed “Community Idol”. He chats about the open audition process where participants from across the country submitted entries to YouTube. 2 winners were chosen to be part of the a national ad filmed in Toronto.
