Olya is a strategic communications professional with extensive experience in building and leading external and internal communications, stakeholder engagement programs, and global marketing campaigns. 

In her former role as Communications leader for P&G and 20 of its brands in Ukraine, Olya leveraged her in-depth understanding of consumers, customers, competitors, and employees to drive business growth strategies and an ESG agenda.

Born and raised in Kyiv, Olya has recently landed in Canada as a newcomer in pursuit of safety and peace for her family. She is passionate about reading, hiking, and spending time with her two sons. Olya dedicates her free time to volunteering as a career counselor for newcomers, fundraising, and advocating for Ukraine.
